Let the property qualify

DSCR financing qualifies on the rent the property can carry, not your salary. Most programs skip tax returns and income verification.

Put rental potential to work

Not rented yet? An appraiser's market rent or an accepted short-term projection can support the application.

One team. More lending options.

We compare rates, fees, leverage and prepayment terms across our lender network. The goal is financing that fits the deal, not the lowest advertised rate.

Make your equity work harder

Frequently asked questions

Questions about
GoDoor.

What does GoDoor actually do?

We’re a mortgage brokerage for investment properties, with tools to help you research the deal. You can explore the numbers on your own, then work with our team on financing.

What is a DSCR loan?

DSCR stands for debt service coverage ratio. These loans focus on the property’s rental income relative to its debt payments. Credit, down payment, reserves and the property itself still matter.

Do I need a property picked out?

No. Start with the free tools while you explore. If you already have an address or a deal in mind, you can start a quote or talk it through with us.

Will getting started affect my credit?

There’s no credit pull to start a quote. Initial figures are estimates; final terms depend on lender review and underwriting.
